It is our desire here at Southern Smiles to serve our patients in an efficient and courteous manner. We strive to minimize our patient paperwork and stay on time with scheduled appointments. We begin each day at 7:30 am and work through lunch to provide appointment flexibility.

The front desk staff will be glad to assist with the verification of insurance eligibility and benefits when presented with the correct information. We can submit pretreatment estimates to verify coverage for cases requiring extensive treatment. A thirty-day financial estimate will be given on the day treatment is diagnosed.
